Through 50 minute 1:1 session where we look at every path in front of you (next role, a start-up, your own thing, a board seat, relocation, or stay where you are) and set your direction before you move. You receive a written report after the session.
Sessions 2 to 5: Transition Coaching & Advisory
Turn your direction into a clear plan before you make your move, and build awareness of the knowledge, skills and confidence it requires.
Through 4 live 1:1 coaching and advisory sessions, a confidential sounding board where we widen your perspective, challenge your thinking and work through your options, timing and next steps to remove friction and act with intention. We meet weekly for 50 minutes online, all within 30 days.
